God Bless Fridhjof.

We are really sorry to tell you that our dear friend, Fridhjof, passed away in May. He was out having a coffee with Elke and Anne Murphy. He seemed really well and full of spirits. Fridhjof told Anne just how much he loved living in Puerto de la Cruz.

He told her how lucky he felt to have met such nice English speaking people in the line dancing group and at Molly Malone´s, in the three years he has been living out here.He left the girls to go shopping....
Fridhjof became a regular visitor to the bar, loved the Irish music and even learned his two favourite songs, "Danny Boy" and "Fields of Athenry", to sing any time he came down for a drink. He began line dancing at the Palmeras Playa and joined Friends of Tenerife a local charity group. He also loved walking in the hills and often took people out on his walks to enjoy the fabulous Tenerife views. You really could say that Fridhjof enjoyed life to the full. Our heart felt prayers go to his family in Germany ,Elke, Anne Murphy and all his friends. Fridhjof, we will miss you.
